navy + neon......

Navy and neon yellow is probably my favourite colour combination right now. 

Actually I think navy is gaining some serious ground on my perennial favourite....black. 

And I can't believe how long it's taken me to get these fluro jeans on here!!

Hopefully the wait was worth it!!

This wool jumper was an awesome Ebay score, and it has elbow patches and epaulettes
 which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

My ultimate is a wool tweed coat with suede elbow patches.....a girl can dream right??

And a little snakeskin to top it off.

Ummm neon and snakeskin.........hell yes!!! I'm feeling inspired!!

Sometimes things are just meant to be in your life, when I first discovered Pia by Tony Bianco, you might remember this post, I knew they were meant to be in mine.

When I finally picked them up a couple of weeks ago I was justifiably excited by life!!

currently crushing: putting a metal tip on it.......

I've always been a fan of steel capped shoes, brings to mind visions of handsome and rugged tradies, rocking their Blundstones and blue singlets, things close to the heart of any Aussie country girl!!

Then along came Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton Spring 2012.......

And I fell in shoe love hard........how amazing are these gorgeous things!!

So in the interest of expanding both yours and my own shoe wardrobe here are some

hot pink + shearling......

This shearling vest has become a fast favourite, it's so easy to throw on 

over or under anything and everything!!

It's also super warm and with the weather getting colder and colder I need all the warm I can get!!

 

Paired it with a simple black top from Cotton On and a pair of Harry Who jeans. I actually won these jeans, before then I really didn't know who Harry Who was, of course I do now!!

A brilliant Aussie designer!!

And of course, my always beautiful Tony Bianco bag!!

It's probably fairly obvious that I'm seriously infatuated with TB, it's so easy to love them!!

LOVE these pink and orange shoes......funny story I actually bought these in between 

the ceremony and reception of a friends wedding!!

black denim + mint......

Black denim is a favourite of mine and these jeans are one of the most worn items in my wardrobe!!

You can't see from these pics but they're actually a cropped jean, which I totally love!!

The mint jumper has been sitting in my wardrobe for a long long time,
since my first trip to Europe in 2008. Remember how I said that I sometimes forget
I own a pair of shoes and then I rediscover them, well I do that with clothes as well,
only just rediscovering this knit last week!!

Your own wardrobe really is the best place to go shopping!!

These rings are vintage, the one with the amber stone is actually from my Grandmother.

And of course the ear candy, I'm wearing super cute earrings I got in New Zealand last year, they're tiny Kiwi's made from silver and Paua shell.

Can't believe it's mid June already, this year is just flying by!!

Remember when I posted about floral print and how I'm now totally on the bandwagon, 

well look what I just found!!

metallics + fur........

Now that winter has definitely set in, I'm quite happy to get out my faux fur vest. 

Paired it with some metallic pants I picked up at H&M in LA earlier this year, 

and a beautiful vintage shirt that I love!! Another Ebay score!!

And these lovely Zu heels, that haven't had much wear. 

Ludicrous as it sounds, sometimes I forget I own a pair of shoes until I'm getting ready 

and searching for something different to put on my feet 

and then I stumble upon a pair and I'm almost surprised to see them. 

Then I generally wear them over and over until this same thing happens again, it's a vicious cycle!!

But I wouldn't have it any other way!!

With just a little dash of purple ear candy, ya know, cause I can!!
